Create the required administrative and technical posts; appoint experts and advisory board members; engage personnel as needed; make rules and by‑laws; and undertake all lawful acts necessary to further the objectives of the Trust, including managing and transferring property as permitted.

Financial sustainability

Accept grants and manage endowments aligned with our objectives; receive & expend project funds; enter into contracts; charge fees for research and surveys; access government grants and subsidies; generate resources via selected paid services; accept advances and loans from trustees; and receive donations and corpus funds from the public, governments and organisations in India or abroad.
